O1. What are acrylic charms?

Our charms feature vibrant, full-color printing on solid acrylic. Each piece is custom-cut to fit the unique outline of your artwork, ensuring a perfect, professional finish for every design.

02.Can you print on both sides of the charm?

Yes, we can. However, if your artwork includes text, you must provide a separate design for the back; otherwise, the text on the back will appear mirrored. For double-sided designs, please place the front and back artwork on separate layers.

03.What is the size of the cut hole on the acrylic charm?

Our default keyring hole size is 2.8 mm for the inner ring.
For special accessories, the hole size is 4.2 mm for the inner ring.

04.Are acrylic charms recyclable?

Yes. At Customew, we are committed to sustainability. Our charms are crafted from recyclable, odor-free acrylic, providing an environmentally conscious choice without compromising on quality.

05.What are the minimum/maximum sizes for acrylic charms?

Our standard acrylic charm sizes range from 1" to 4".
The maximum possible size is 297 mm × 420 mm.
For charms exceeding 4", please contact our sales team for a custom quote.

06. How thick are your acrylic charms?

Our acrylic charms are 3mm~8mm thick. 

07.What is the minimum order quantity and the maximum orderquantity for acrylic keychains?

Our minimum for acrylic charms is just one, with no limit on the maximum order quantity.


08.How are the charms protected during shipping?

  • Protective Film: All standard acrylic charms come with a removable film to prevent surface scratches (Note: This does not apply to Epoxy products).
  • Individual Packaging: Each piece is individually wrapped in its own secure packaging to provide maximum protection during transit.

09.Do I get accessories with my charms?

10. How are the charms packaged?

Each charm is individually wrapped in an OPP bag and shipped in a protective bubble mailer to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

11.can you print fully transparent acrylic charms?

Yes, you can select from a variety of keychain styles to perfectly suit your needs.

12.Do I need to create my own cutlines?

Leave the technical stuff to us! We tailor precise cutlines for every order to ensure full machine compatibility. No self-adjustment is required from your side.

O1.How long will your stickers last?

Our custom stickers are fade-resistant for up to 2 years, and the printing is water-resistant as well.

02.Are your stickers weatherproof?

Yes, our custom stickers are weatherproof. They're able to withstand exposure to wind, rain, and sunlight. Our stickers are coated with a protective laminate that makes them highly durable and resistant to fading and water.

03.What is your minimum order quantity for stickers?

We offer custom sticker starting at just 10 pieces.

04.  How do you determine the dimensions of a die cut sticker?

Please use the longest dimension of your artwork to determine the final size category.

05.Can I write on the stickers?

Yes! Our stickers work best with permanent markers or ballpoint pens. We recommend letting the ink dry for a few seconds to prevent smudging.

06.How do I setup a sticker sheet?

You can arrange your designs however you like within the size range, provided there is a 10 mm gap between each design.

07.an I order a few really large stickers?

You can also order custom stickers as large as 297mm×420mm.

08.Can I print on the background of kiss-cut stickers?

Definitely! You have full creative control. The background can be printed in full color and include custom details like your website, social media handles, or email address.

09.What are holographic stickers?

Holographic stickers are printed on a unique vinyl with an eye-catching rainbow effect that shifts with light and perspective. They are just as sturdy as our original stickers, but with an added iridescent shine.

10.What are the bleeding design requirements of Kiss Cut Stickers Sheets ?

The design edge is required to leave 3 mm.

If you want to do a bleeding free (no white edge), you need to expand the design by 3 mm.

11.How to order stickers without white borders?

12.What is the best way to remove old stickers?

Our stickers are designed to be durable and peel off in one piece without tearing. For any minor residue, simply use a standard adhesive remover (like Goo Gone) or soapy water for a clean, mess-free finish.

13.Can you print gradients on stickers?

Yes,can print gradients for your stickers as long as you provide gradients for your design.

03. What is holo glitter botton pins?

These pins feature a holographic glitter base that shines through the transparent areas of your artwork. By adjusting the opacity of your design, you can control the sparkle levels for a truly dazzling, multi-dimensional effect.

04.What is the difference between your Round Button Pins?

  • Round Button Pins:Feature a classic white or solid base for clean, high-contrast printing.
  • Holo Glitter Buttons: Built with a holographic glitter layer. The sparkle shines through any transparent sections of your design, creating a vibrant, multi-dimensional look.

05. Will Glitter Holographic Pins shine?

The product itself does not emit light, but it does reflect light.

06.  Can you print gradients on pins?

Yes, can print gradients on your pin as long as your design provides gradients on it.

Ordering

01.Order process

  1. Select the product options (material, process, size, accessories, quantity) and upload your artwork.
  2. Add the item to your cart.
  3. Enter your shipping address.
  4. Choose a shipping method.
  5. Complete the payment.

Notes:

  • Different products, processes, or accessories require separate artwork uploads and should be added to the cart individually.
  • If there is an issue with your uploaded file, we will contact you to correct it.
  • The default hole position is directly above the design. Please leave a note if you need a different placement.
  • Orders with special hole requests or more than 10 items will be confirmed by email before production.

02.File Requirements

1.Front & Back Design
If your product has double-sided printing, please place the front and back designs on separate layers.

2.Size Information
The charm size includes the border and hole, measured from the longest edge of the design.
3.Text in Design
If your design includes text, please select “Double-sided different designs” to ensure the text on the back side appears correctly and is not mirrored.
4.Borderless Charms
Please leave a 0.5 mm bleed area with background color for cutting.
There is no need to draw a cutline—just upload your design with the background, and our designers will create the cutline for you.
5.Gradient / Semi-Transparent Effects
If your design includes semi-transparent or gradient effects, place them on a separate named layer, or name your file with “semi-transparent” and leave a note with your order.
For light colors, avoid overly pale shades. We recommend using a slightly darker background to prevent unwanted transparency.

03. How to save more?

Artwork Proof Confirmation

We will send the artwork proof for confirmation when the order status is “Processing artwork proof.”

Every order will receive an email confirmation before production begins.


Large Orders or Special Requests

If your order contains more than 5 items (such as keychains, buttons, standees, stickers, pillows) or includes special requirements, we will send you proofs or cutlines by email within 2–7 business days after payment for approval.

07.What if the fle is too big to upload? What is the max

Please Note: The file upload limit is 100 MB. Files exceeding this limit cannot be uploaded, and a "413: File Too Large" error page will be displayed.

If your file is larger than 100 MB, you can still add products to your cart and use one of the following methods:

  1. Email: Send your files to our official email: support@customew.com
  2. Cloud Link: Copy a link to your file (e.g., from Google Drive) and paste it into the order notes in your shopping cart.

08.What if there is a problem with the order I recelved?

In the event of a problem (such as defective items or incorrect quantities), please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

09.Can l ask for changes after my confirmation drawing is approved?

No, changes cannot be made once the digital proof has been approved. Please carefully review your confirmation drawings before approval. Once confirmed, your order is automatically added to our production queue to ensure the earliest possible shipment. If modifications are requested after approval, a reprint fee (or the cost of the scrapped materials) will be required.

10.Why was my credit card declined?

What should I do if my card is declined?

  • Double-check that your card information is correct.
  • Contact your bank and ask them to approve the transaction. They can usually see the attempted charge and explain the reason for the decline.
  • Try an Alternative Payment Method: You can also try paying with PayPal. Even without a PayPal balance, you can often pay using your credit card via PayPal's guest checkout. In some cases, a card declined by our direct payment system may still work through PayPal.

11.Can Ireuse my artwork on a new order?

Yes, our design reuse feature makes it easy to use previous artwork for new orders. After choosing a product, size, and quantity, you can choose to upload new artwork or select a past design.

What if I want to use a previous design?
You can leave a note when placing your order, for example: "Please use the same design as my previous order #CUSTOMEW12345." (There is a note input box in the lower-left corner of the shopping cart).

12. How do l cancel an order?

We make it easy to cancel your order or individual items at any time before you approve your proofs. Please note that once a proof is approved, the order can no longer be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email.

Please note: Once all proofs are approved and an order has entered production, cancellation is not possible. Since reorders skip the proofing stage and go straight to production, they also cannot be canceled.

13.Why was my item sent back to proofing?

At Customew, we maintain a strict "No-Compromise" quality standard. Every file—even for a single-item order—undergoes a manual technical audit. Our team verifies critical vitals to ensure your artwork is production-ready:

  • Pixel Clarity: Ensuring resolution is high enough for a crisp, professional print.

14.can you help me design stickers/pins/acrylic products?

We cannot help you design custom stickers, pins, or acrylic products from scratch. However, if you have an existing design, we can make minor changes to it as required during proofing (e.g., we can add your website address or modify the borders).



15.How do you ensure the quality of my order?

16.Can you print RGB colors?

To ensure maximum color accuracy, we exclusively print in CMYK. If your artwork is submitted in RGB, it will be automatically converted to the closest CMYK match.

Pro Tip: Since RGB has a wider color gamut than CMYK, some vibrant neon or electric tones may shift. For the most predictable results, we recommend designing your files directly in CMYK mode.

17. How do you prevent your notifications from becoming spam?

To ensure you don't miss important email notifications from CUSTOMEW—including order updates, proofing, and shipping information—please follow these steps if our emails are going to your spam folder:

① Find the CUSTOMEW email in your spam or junk folder.
② Open the message and click the “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” button. This will move the current message (and future notifications) directly to your inbox.
