1. These terms

1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you, whether these are goods, services or digital content.

1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

1.3 Are you a business customer or a consumer? In some areas you will have different rights under these terms depending on whether you are a business or consumer.

• You are a consumer if: You are an individual. You are buying products from us wholly or mainly for your personal use.
• You are a business if: You are buying products for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession.

1.4 Entire Agreement. If you are a business customer these terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase.

2. Information about us and how to contact us

2.1 Who we are. The CUSTOMEW brand and this website are owned and operated by Customew Limited (Hong Kong). To facilitate localized operations, certain orders and payments may be processed through our affiliated group company, [Changsha Yunsheng Youchuang Media Co., Ltd. ] (China).

2.2 How to contact us. You can contact us by writing to us at support@customew.com

2.3 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

3. Our contract with you

3.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence.

3.2 If we cannot accept your order. We will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product.

3.3 About you. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old (or have adult permission), have an accepted credit/debit card, and be authorised to use it.

4. Our products

4.1 Variations. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

4.2 Artwork files. Products are produced according to artwork submitted by you. We do not accept responsibility for defects due to errors in your submitted files.

4.3 Colour. A 100% exact colour match is not possible and colours can vary from one print run to another.

4.4 Measurements. You are responsible for correct measurements. Size includes charm border and hole and depends on the longest edge.

4.5 Samples. We advise purchasing a sample before bulk orders. If you refuse a sample, we will not accept liability for file errors or non-compliance with guidelines.

4.6 Safety. Products contain small components and are NOT for children under 3 years.

7. Providing the products

7.2 International delivery. Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments refused by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.

7.3 Timeline. We aim to deliver within 30 days after order acceptance.

8. Ending the contract

8.1 Exceptions. The right to change your mind does NOT apply to personalised or custom-made products.

9. Other important terms

9.1 Intellectual Property. If you provide third-party artwork, you are responsible for any claims. We reserve the right to cancel if we believe artwork is not your property.
