Production starts when you approve your proof, or automatically after 48 hours if it remains unconfirmed. Please request changes before production begins.
File format & quality
We prefer PSD, PNG, AI, PDF or CDR. Original vector files are recommended when available.
For raster artwork, prepare 300 DPI at the final print size and at least 1,000 pixels on the longest side. Use the original high-resolution file; enlarging a blurry image won’t restore detail.
Color & transparency
CMYK artwork is recommended for more predictable print colors. RGB files can be converted for printing, but bright or neon colors may shift. Your screen and the finished print may look slightly different.
If your design needs transparent areas or a special print effect, label the relevant layers or files clearly and explain the intended result in your order notes. Available effects depend on the product and options you select.
Size, borders & templates
Follow the size, border and template guidance on this product page. Border, bleed and safe-area requirements vary by product.
Include any size, cutline, border or placement requests in your order notes. Check these details carefully in your proof before production begins.
Designs & print sides
Check the print options available for your selected product. If it supports different front and back designs, select the matching option and supply separate files or clearly named Front and Back layers.
If both sides include text, check that the text reads correctly on each side of your proof. Do not rely on a mirrored design for readable text.
Multiple files & special requests
List each filename and its quantity in your order notes. The quantities should add up to the quantity you’re purchasing.
Example: design-a.png × 10; design-b.png × 5
Add different products, sizes, finishes or accessories to your cart separately. Include special requests with the matching filename. Different designs with the same product and specifications can share the applicable quantity discount.
Before confirming your proof, check the artwork, spelling, size, front/back design and special requests. Check your spam folder if you haven’t received the email.
