Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. There's no monthly fee and no commission. Fans pay the product price plus your markup; you get your markup, less a small payment fee charged by Shopify and the payment provider.
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings move to your wallet 7 days after delivery. Take them out as cash to PayPal once a month (we pay in US dollars and cover PayPal's sending fee), or as Customew store credit any time, with 10% extra.
Who owns my art?
You do. We only use your designs to make, show and promote your merch, and you're free to sell them anywhere else.
Who prints, ships and helps my fans?
We do. Every piece is made to order (usually 5–15 working days) and shipped with tracking. Fans can check out without an account and get 60-day after-sales care. Misprints, damage and lost parcels are handled by our team.
How do I join?
Artwork Studio is invite-only for now. Apply on Discord; once you're in, sign in with the email you use on Customew.
